Who are we and how do you contact us?
NF Techfleet AB, organisation number 556967-5423, is the controller of the personal data processed on nftechfleet.com.
What data do we use and why do we process personal data about you
Personal data which you provide when you fill in a form (e.g. a request for information or a subscription) on nftechfleet.com, or which are otherwise registered in connection therewith, are processed by the company for preparation and administration of the affected service or product. Personal data can moreover form the basis of market and customer analysis, business follow-up, business and method development and risk management. Your data is not used for marketing purposes. We will only use your data for marketing if you have expressly consented for marketing, or where we have provided you with services before but you have not opted out to such communications. Data sharing with third parties
NF Techfleet will not share personal data to any third party, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. Personal data may however, within the limits for the current confidentiality regulations, be processed by another company in the CHG-MERIDIAN Group or by another company with which the CHG-MERIDIAN Group cooperates for the purposes of providing services to you. NF Techfleet will not, in any way, allow such processors to utilise the data for anything else other than purposes defined by NF Techfleet as outlined in this policy.
International data transfers
We may need to transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to service providers, agents, subcontractors and regulatory authorities in countries where data protection laws may not provide the same level of protection as those in the European Economic Area (EEA), such as the USA.
We will only transfer your personal information outside the EEA where either:

How long we keep your personal information for

We are required to verify your identity in order to process your request and may ask you to provide valid identification documents to allow us to do so.
We will not make any charge for responding to any request from you to exercise your privacy rights, and we will respond to your requests in accordance with our obligations under data protection law.
NF Techfleet only uses technical cookies. When you enter this website, you accept that we can place cookies on your computer or any other device that you use. A cookie is a small text file which is stored on your hard disk by the website you visit. The text file contains information and is, among other things, used for supporting the visitor’s use of the relevant website.

Companies belonging to NF Techfleet AB group or third parties, if expressly specified, retain the ownership, copyright (c) and all other immaterial rights of the Site. All rights are reserved in all countries. The publication, reproduction, transfer or storage of the contents of the Site in whole or in part is forbidden unless the holder of title, copyright, title or other immaterial right has granted permission for such an action. The prohibition does not apply to storage on a computer or printing for personal use only. The contents may be quoted according to the applicable copyright legislation. When the contents are quoted the source shall have to be indicated. The trademarks or logos included on the Site may, however, not be reproduced, published or distributed without Nordea’s written permission.
Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, law shall be applied to these terms and conditions, according to in which of the mentioned countries the customer enters the Site.
